Have you ever been on a meeting where you poured out your heart proposing something and everyone agreed with you but after several weeks you realize nothing has changed? That’s because people didn’t agree with you 🤦.

Here are some things people might have told you but you were oblivious enough to miss the signs. Conversely, you can use any of the following items in the list to make them feel they have been heard, while in reality you don’t really care.
